Led by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an ERP and technology expert, we bring together financial expertise and technical excellence to deliver ERP implementation, accounting, and data analytics solutions that help businesses operate smarter and grow faster.

Our story
Every successful company has a defining story. Ours began in 2018 with two experts, a shared vision, and a commitment to proving that growing businesses deserve world-class expertise. From ERP and accounting to data analytics, here’s how we grew into a global team of 100+ professionals serving 150+ clients across three continents.
2018 — The Beginning
Index World was founded by Waqas and Umer, two professionals united by a shared vision: helping businesses succeed through technology, expertise, and honest partnerships. There were no shortcuts, no inflated promises, and no investors behind the scenes—just a commitment to delivering ERP solutions the right way from day one.
2019 — Earning Our First Trust
Our first U.S. client, Flytek, placed their trust in a young company for a critical Odoo MRO implementation. We delivered on every promise and exceeded expectations. We learned a lesson that still guides us: great work knows no boundaries, and trust is earned one successful project at a time.
2020 — Rising to the Challenge
As the world faced unprecedented disruption, businesses everywhere were forced to adapt overnight. We focused on helping clients move forward—digitizing operations, automating manual processes, and maintaining continuity when it mattered most. A defining year that reinforced the value of resilience.
2021 — Crossing Borders
A self-storage company in Germany approached us with an ambitious vision. Despite distance, time-zone differences, and fully remote collaboration, we delivered a complete Odoo-powered ecosystem with subscription automation, self-service kiosks, and app-controlled access. Geography is never a barrier to exceptional results.
2022 — Establishing Our Presence
We officially opened our U.S. office in Delaware, marking a major step from a remote global operation to a physical presence in the United States. What began as international service delivery evolved into a stronger, more direct connection with the clients we serve.
2023 — Raising the Standard
As the team grew, so did expectations. Every expert joining Index World carried forward the same principle set from the beginning—quality over quantity, and clients over contracts. This year shaped us into a stronger, more structured organization focused on consistency and excellence.
2024 — Expanding Capability
Our clients needed more than ERP systems—they needed financial clarity and actionable insights. We expanded into accounting and data analytics, building a more complete ecosystem that helps businesses not just run operations, but understand and improve them.
2025 — Global Recognition
By 2025, Index World was trusted by 150+ clients across multiple continents, supported by a team of 100+ professionals. With functional offices across the US, UK, and Pakistan, our footprint had become global—but our focus remained unchanged: deliver work that stands behind its promise.
